Of Fair Oaks, California, February 28, 2018, a native of Murillo, La Paz, Bolivia, aged 42 years. Loving mother of Melissa Melgar, Flavio Melgar, Fernanda Melgar and Sunshine Loper. Cherished daughter of Gloria Nava Zegada and the and the late Jaime Quino. Sister of Milka Vargas and Wilson Vargas. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service Friday, March 16, 2018, 11AM at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS (8267 Deseret Ave., Fair Oaks, CA). Interment Sylvan Cemetery.
