Doug Bowlan age 64, a native of Fresno, CA passed away peacefully at his home in Fair Oaks, CA, March 19, 2017.  Doug spent many years working for the State Department of Water Resources and the Federal Bureau of Reclamation until his retirement in 2013.  He is survived by his wife Diane Bowlan, sons Gary Hannon and Alan Hannon, mother Peggy Schuetz, sister Vanessa Stenz (Blaine Spears), brother Greg Bowlan (Teeann Teal), brother in-law John Correia, sister in-law Peggy Correia, brother in-law Joseph Correia, and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.  Doug was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.  Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 1:00PM at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, 725-2109).  In lieu of flowers please send donations to The Douglas E.
