Devoted son of Larry and Debbie Brown. Brother of Nicole Painter, Serena Groenig and Michael Brown. Friends are welcome to attend the graveside service Friday, April 13, 2018, 2PM at Sylvan District Cemetery (7401 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, California) and are invited to attend a memorial service Saturday, April 14, 2018, 1PM at the Rancho Cordova Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (2400 Cordova Lane, Rancho Cordova, CA).
