Of Roseville, CA, passed away on January 16, 2017.  Loving husband of Carolyn Blackburn.  Cherished father of Daniel Blackburn, Shirley Nash, and Brian (Emily) Blackburn.  Beloved grandfather to 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.  Friends are welcome for visitation on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 4:00-8:00PM at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, 725-2109) and are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 10:00AM at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Roseville Stake Center (211 Estates Dr., Roseville).  Interment following at Roseville District Cemetery.
