I have been truly blessed by my friendship with you, Shirley. About 40 years ago, our daughters, Suzanne and Jennifer, brought us together when they became friends in kindergarten. What a blessing that was! You helped me out so much when I had to go out of town overnight. You were always there for me. You said when I was concerned about all the kids, "What two more girls when you already have five." You have always been a good friend and I will truly miss you. Farewell my friend--Rest in peace. Mom,
I've been praying for you to wake up in Heaven for weeks but now that your gone, I want your back. I miss everything about you.
Thank you for caring for me and making me feel confident when I felt insecure. I knew I could do anything with your encouragement in life and I don't want that to go away. It was a blessing to be able do that for you during this hard journey Jesus had chosen for you. You did it Mom and I'm so proud of you! You are the strongest person I have ever known. I know you are still caring for me and watching over me still but now your are doing it from Heaven.

I have been truly blessed to be a part of your family for nearly half of my life. You have been a wonderful mother-in-law and displayed great courage and dignity these past five years battling Cancer. It gives me great comfort to know you are no longer in pain and are now in Heaven. Love, Joe
