Of Carmichael, California, March 11, 2018, a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, age 89 years.  Loving wife of the late Kenneth Bills.  Cherished mother of Dan (Karen) Bills, Mark Bills, Sharon Bills, Janet Bills and the late Gary and Ross Bills.  Grandmother of Adam, Steven, Ashley, Bradley, Brian, David and Skyler and Great Grandmother of Heather, Alyssa, Caila, Juliet, Austin, Lily, Ryder, Hailey, Alexis, Jayce.  Friends are welcome for visitation Sunday, March 18, 2018, from 4-6PM at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., 916-725-2109) and are invited to attend services Monday, March 19, 2018, 10AM at the CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Foothills Ward Chapel (5505 Hackberry Lane, Sacramento, California). Interment Fair Oaks District Cemetery, Fair Oaks, California.
