In The Woodlands, Texas, December 31, 2017, a native of Dubuque, Iowa, aged 94 years.  Formerly of Sacramento, California.  Wife of the late Heber Lowe.  Loving mother of Larry (Tanya) Lowe, David (Kim) Lowe, Tracy (Ted) Izatt, Tina Lowe and the late Mark Lowe.  Cherished grandmother of 15 and great grandmother of 13.  Sister of Edward Heiberger.  Friends are invited to attend a graveside service Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 10AM at Fair Oaks District Cemetery, Fair Oaks, California.
