Hermoine Swearingen was born on January 7, 1930 in Montpelier, Idaho and passed away on August 24, 2019 in Rocklin, California. Hermoine is the daughter of Alva V. and Ruth K. Tippetts. She is the loving mother of Larry (Debbie) Swearingen, Jade (Chris) Boss, Brian (Amy) Swearingen, grandmother of 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to attend her graveside service on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10AM at Sylvan District Cemetery (7401 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, CA 95610).
