Of Fair Oaks, California, November 10, 2018, a native of Bovina, Texas, aged 91 years.  Loving husband of the late Cleo Woltmon.  Cherished father of Mark Woltmon, Terry (James) Seymour and Shelley (Robert) Anderson.  Grandfather of Mark, Shawna, Justin, Shawndee, Jason, Janae, Jared, Kevin, Jonathan, Jennie and the late Tiffany.  25 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandson.  Friends are welcome for visitation Friday, November 16, 2018 from 1:00PM-1:30PM at Price Funeral Chapel (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, California with interment following at Fair Oaks District Cemetery, Fair Oaks, California and are invited to attend at Memorial Service Saturday, November 17, 2018, 10:00AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fair Oaks Park Ward Chapel (8267 Deseret Ave., Fair Oaks, California.
