He was born 10-29-1933 and passed away 12-18-2017. Survived by loving wife of 60 years Charlotte Rose Parr, 2 sons, Jimmie Rosswell Parr Jr and Carl Raymond Parr, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was a 55+ years Barber/Hair Stylist (Sylvan Corners Barber Shop/Hair Gallery). No Services will be held.
