Jo Ellen Frautschi

On Saturday, January 26, 2019, Jo Ellen Mulford Frautschi, loving mother of two and doting grandmother of three passed away at the age of 65.
Jo was born on July 20, 1953 in Humbolt, CA to Anne and Steven Smith. After her biological parents passed away, she was lovingly adopted by Marcia and Kenneth Mulford.
Jo spent her teens in Des Moines, WA and moved to San Francisco, CA in 1971 to attend stenography school. During her time in San Francisco, CA she met Richard (Deacon) Frautschi. Jo and Deacon moved to Sacramento, CA in 1974. They wed in 1980 and welcomed Kenneth in 1982 and Kevin in 1985.
Jo's passions included: giving to anyone in need, serving God, spending time with friends and family, and being the world's best grandmother.
Jo is preceded in death by her mothers Anne and Marcia, Fathers Steven and Kenneth, brothers Phillip, Guy and Kelly and sister Jana.  She is survived by her brothers, Steven and Michael; Her sons, Kenneth and Kevin; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Billy and Landon.
Her services will be held on Saturday, February 9th at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 4125 San Juan Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.
