Of Lincoln, CA, age 29 years. Loving son of Aimee (Randy) Blackard and William (Wendy) Rudy. Beloved father of Noah Rudy. Cherished brother of Ashleigh Weatherly, Alyssa Kaper, Austin Blackard, Addison Blackard, Kib Blackard, Riley Blackard, Brenna Blackard, Emily Rudy, and Jordan Phibbs. Friends and family are welcome for visitation on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 9AM, and are invited to attend services commencing at 10AM all at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, 725-2109). Interment at Manzanita Cemetery in Lincoln, CA.
