Joyce Lund, of Sacramento CA, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2017 at the age of 84.  She is the eternal companion of Vernon A. Lund, Jr. and the cherished mother of Leigh Ann (Fred) Bennett, Jeanette (Doug) Roberts, Janell (Jan - deceased) Meinzer, Dawn Smith (deceased), and Jillyn (Leland) Fishback.  Loving grandmother of 23 and 41 great.  She lived an exemplary life of service and compassion.  She died from the effects of Alzheimer’s.  Friends are invited to attend services on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 10 AM with a viewing at 9:00 AM at the LDS, Mission Oaks Ward Chapel (3430 Mission Avenue, Carmichael, CA).  PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (725-2109), directors.
