Linda Marie McSwain

Of Fair Oaks, California, passed away on June 28, 2018 at the age of 90, she was a native of Michigan. She was a long time realtor in the Fair Oaks area. Survived by her grandchildren Candice Pugh and Garold Patrick, great grandchildren, Aiden Patrick, Killian Patrick, Elena Patrick, Brittany Andrew, Cameron Olson, John Pugh and sister Joan Ahart. Preceded in death by her daughter Denise Patrick and siblings Lee Chase and O.C. "Tuffy" Chase.  Friends are welcome for visitation from 4:00-8:00PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 and are invited to attend the funeral service at 1:00PM on Wednesday July 11, 2018 all at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, 916-725-2109). Interment to follow at Sylvan Cemetery.
