Of Carmichael CA, passed away July 16, 2017, a native of Sacramento, CA. age 59 years.  Loving father of Michael J. Blaser and wife Cristina, lifelong companion of Kerry Blaser.  Cherished grandfather of Beckett Blaser and devoted Papa to Melissa Oates (Robby, Nolan, Logan, Griffin) and Crystal Dahl (Jeff, Everett, Sydney, Blake).  Brother of Jean (Bryant) Barber, Richard Blaser, Barbara Teater, Mark (Anita) Blaser and the late Bob (Karen) Blaser.  Son of the late Harold and Doris Blaser.  In lieu of services, it was Mike’s wish that those who loved him remember and celebrate his memory each in their own way.

 In his youth, Mike excelled in football, baseball, and wrestling at La Sierra High School receiving a wrestling scholarship to Cal Poly University.  Retired from Campbell Soup, he continued to work as a Real Estate Broker.  He loved riding his Harley with the “boyz” and rebuilding vintage Corvettes.  However, no role was more important to him than being a father, grandfather, papa, brother and uncle.  He was always there when you needed him and knew what it meant to be a true friend.  

 Mike was a big man with an even bigger heart.  To those who knew him he was larger than life.  He would give of himself to others at any time when they needed help.  There are not enough words to describe the man and his accomplishments.  Although taken from us too early, he made a huge impact on the lives of those who were privileged enough to know him.  His protective nature and comforting presence will be missed by all of those who loved him.
