Age 84, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017. He was born on January 7, 1933 in Madison, Minnesota to Arlington and Ellen (Nelson) Loney. He is survived by his wife Leah, children Dava (Joe), Cari (Jerome), Phil (Kimberly), step sons Greg (David), Bob (Sheryl), 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, sister Jeanne and brother Jerry. Lou served in the U.S. Navy from 1951-1955. Following his discharge, he enrolled in college and went on to become a dentist. He practiced dentistry in Sacramento for 49 years until he retired in 2013. Friends and family are invited to attend memorial services at 1PM on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, 725-2109).
