Olive Mae Kuethe

Olive Mae Cross was born July 9, 1927 in Winnebago, MN to Elizabeth & Walter Cross.  She had two sisters Evelyn Grace and Lois Marie.  Olive's mother died in 1934.  Her father remarried to Lucille Otto and three children followed: Nancy, Charles, and Barbara Jean.  She graduated from Austin High School in 1945.  She enrolled in Kahler School of Nursing graduating in 1951.  Olive subsequently joined the United States Air Force in 1957.  Olive married Dale Kuethe on August 6, 1965.  They had one son named Gary.  Olive and Dale retired in Fair Oaks in 1972 where they joined Faith Lutheran Church because Pastor "O" said the Kuethes are with us today.  Olive called herself a professional volunteer.  She is survived by her brother Charles, sister Barbara Jean, husband Dale, son Gary, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 1PM at Fair Oaks Cemetery (7780 Olive St., Fair Oaks, CA).  PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (916-725-2109), directors.
