Cherished father of Adam (Sandy) Ruggles, Todd (Gabrelle) Ruggles, Matthew (Michelle) Ruggles, Kristin Ruggles, Andrew (Beth) Ruggles, Camille (Jared) Bunker, Melissa (Jay) Kraude, Melanie (Carey) Cadle and Marc (Raquel) Ruggles and 27 grandchildren. Brother of Richard Ruggles.
