Of Fair Oaks, CA, October 26, 2018, born in Tuskegee, AL, to Steve B. and Louise Cunningham Latimer age 63 years. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cynthia Slife, son Damian Latimer, step-daughter Ann Wasser, brother Ronald Latimer and sister Gail Latimer. Also survived by four sisters-in-law and their families. Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 3PM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, CA).
