Teruko Necessary, a resident of Rancho Cordova passed on December 22, 2018 at the age of 91. Teruko was born June 25th, 1927 and spent her childhood in Japan. Teruko came to the US with her late husband Jimmy Necessary whom she met while he was serving in the Air Force in Japan and married on July 13th 1957. Together they lived in Rancho Cordova with their faithful companion Ken-Chan by their side, and built a life filled with many close friends whom became family. Teruko was a dedicated member of SGI (Soka Gakkai International) Rancho Cordova District for over 50 years, and was one of the initial members of the SGI community in Rancho Cordova. Teruko will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Camellia Memorial Cemetery. Teruko is survived by her Nephew Takeshi Wahira and her Niece Miwako Wako in Japan as well as countless close friends throughout the Sacramento area who will cherish memories of the wonderful Mrs. Necessary.
