Allison L. Browder, 72 years old of Roseville, California passed on April 19th, 2023. Born January 10th, 1951 in Chicago, IL. He was the third child of four siblings of Emily and Clentonia Browder. Allison graduated from Chicago Vocational High School upon graduation he served in the United States Marines from 1968-1972. He spent his career working in transportation starting as a Train Engineer for C & NW Railroad, later joining the FAA to become a Traffic Controller, ending his career as Train Controller for Bay Area Rapid Transit.
Allison Browder “AL” was a quiet, gentle god loving soul. He will be missed and remembered by the many lives that he touched. Although quiet, he touched the lives of those that knew him with love and compassion with a sense of humor. His family hopes he was walked through the heavenly golden gates in the loving arms of the Lord joining those that have passed before him. Al, everyone you left in this world are happy that you are home free of health struggles. We will always love and miss you until we meet again.
Allison was preceded in death by his parents, brother Clinton Browder and sister Carolyn Browder. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Vevelyn Browder, son Stephen Hatcher and youngest brother Regis Browder, sister-in-law Carol Browder and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones.
A Memorial service will be held Friday, May 5th, 2023, at 1 pm at Price Funeral Chapel (6335 Sunrise Blvd. Citrus Heights CA 95610). Family Friend Jeffrey Exatell will be officiating the Memorial Service. Allison will be laid to rest at Sacramento National Cemetery in Dixon, California Wednesday, June 21st, 2023 at 2 pm.
