Amy Dannielle Fowlie

In most obituaries you would likely hear a bunch of facts followed by a person described as a beloved wife, mother, daughter and friend; and that would for a certainty describe Amy. But Amy was so much more. She was a nurturer, a listening ear, a comedian, a story teller...the list could go on and on, as she wore many hats. Upon her passing, her social media was flooded with hundreds of expressions of not only love, but with the various ways Amy touched their lives and improved the world around her. Amy gave so much of herself to others. The beauty in her giving, is that all the seeds of her kindness that she planted before falling asleep in death will continue to grow in all those whom she helped. Amy's heart was large and she extended love towards all. As a Christian, Amy made a diligent effort to apply Proverbs 3:27 where it reads, “Do not withhold good from those to whom you should give it. If its within your power to help.” Many people, perhaps you reading this have been a recipient of her love, acceptance or kindness; it would make sense then to honor her memory by extending your hand to someone in need, or opening your heart to others with full compassion. “We have said goodbye before, so it stands to reason we’ll say hello again” Sleep well our sweet Amy.

Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service for her on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 10:00AM at Price Funeral Chapel, 6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, California, 916-725-2109. Masks are required. The service will be livestreamed on this page the day of the service.
