Angelique Rene Roberts

Angelique René Roberts of Grass Valley, California passed away August 21, 2023 at the age of 48 after a six year battle with cancer. Angelique was born March 25, 1975 in Santa Barbara California to Jack and Terry Wood. She is survived by her husband Christopher, her sons Joshua (24), Tanner (20), Ryan (15), her daughters  Riley (16), Callie (13), her mother Terry, and her siblings. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Stephen Wood Jr. In 1996, Angelique graduated from Rick’s College in Rexburg Idaho with a degree in Social Work. She later married Christopher Roberts on January 3, 1997 in the Oakland, California LDS temple and have resided in Grass Valley, California for their entire marriage. 

Angelique was a loving, gracious and generous friend to all who knew her. Her greatest joy was raising her five beautiful children with her husband. She loved her faith in her Savior Jesus Christ, her family, her friends and her dog Griffon. She enjoyed serving in church responsibilities and working as a Behavioral Aide at Cottage Hill Elementary School in recent years. She was especially happy when able to spend time at the ocean with her family. She will be greatly missed. Her celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints chapel at 1255 Bell Road, Auburn California.
