Passed from this life 4 February 2023, Ann Roberta (Milenkiewicz) Downey, aged 76 years. Ann leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years, Bob, 7 children and 6 grandchildren. The children and spouses include Bob Downey and Karl Walter of San Diego, Sean Downey of New York, Daniel and Bonnie Downey of Sacramento, James and Shauna Downey of Alameda, Richard Downey of Sacramento, Elizabeth and Jay Argo of Rio Linda and Joseph and Courtney Downey of New Braunfels Texas. Grandchildren include Wylie, Rune and Even Downey, Wyatt Stolhand, Piper Owen and Rally Argo. She leaves behind, as well, her brother Bob Milenkiewicz and her sisters Marian Newton, and Joan and Margie Milenkiewicz. Ann was an avid photographer who loved the mountains of California, especially Yosemite and her quiet vacation home in Alleghany California. She will be missed. Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 1pm at Divine Savior Catholic Church (9079 Greenback Ln., Orangevale, CA) with a visitation commencing at 11:30am and a Rosary at 12:30pm.
