Arlene Renee Oyas Schulte, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, has passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 10, 2024 surrounded by her family at Kaiser Hospital in Roseville.

Arlene was born March 10, 1952, in Loma Linda Hospital, to Robert and Rebecca Oyas. She loved music, dancing, dining with friends, and gambling. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her twin children Rebecca and Vincent Venard. Arlene was a retired mathematics teacher that taught in public schools for seventeen years, often seeing her former students while out running her daily errands. Her smile was infectious and her witty sense of humor was thick with sarcasm, a trait that originated within her Oyas/Bracamante genes.  Arlene’s beauty was unparalleled. Her husband Tom, often told her she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. They recently celebrated their 29th Wedding Anniversary prior to her passing.

Arlene is survived by her husband Tom, her children Rebecca and Vincent Venard, her sister Brenda Chapman, and her brothers Robert and Darryl Oyas.

She will we be dearly missed and forever remembered and loved.

A memorial service for Arlene will be held at Price Funeral Chapel, 6335 Sunrise Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA, at 1:00 PM on January 18, 2025.
