Obituary

Carl Dean Elmer - Passed away, Thursday, March 3, 2022, from complications due to Liver Cancer, after a Courageous Battle. In Sacramento, California.

Carl was born in Sacramento, California on May 10, 1956 to Lawrence Elwood Elmer Sr, and Doris Ward Elmer.

Carl is survived by his wife Phyllis (Louise) Cambron Elmer his Children, daughters Destiney and Sebie Martinez, Heather and Felix Paulino, Nicole Elmer, Crystal Cambron, Delphia Morris and two sons Jacob Mc Manus and Scott Cambron. He had 20 Grand Children and 17 Great Grand Children. He leaves a quite a legacy.

Carl was the 8th child of 12 children he was preceded in death by his parents Larry and Doris, two brothers, Frank and Lawrence Elwood Elmer JR (Woody). He will be greatly missed by his surviving siblings, Wynnell, Elizabeth Ann, Bryan Jorgen, Vickie Lea, Chris James, Mark Ross, Trina Marie, Mary Ellen and Tammy Lynn.
