She born June 18,1936 in Boston, Massachusetts. She passed away July 20, 2023 after a short illness. She was raised in St. Petersburg, FLA. She traveled the country and then the world as an officer’s wife from 1954-1974 then moved to California. She lived over 50 years in her house in Fair Oaks. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Neilson, Deborah Croan and Kevin Neilson, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. 

She had a passion for interior design and enjoyed this for 40 years. She loved Asian art, thrift shopping and exercise and staying healthy for many years. She lit up every room she entered and left a lasting impression on all. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
