Debra Louise Tierney

Debra Louise Tierney, 59, of Roseville CA passed away April 1, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 31, 1963 in Bremerton, WA to Robert and Carolyn Price. She graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1981. Debra loved her career in Parks and Recreation. Debra is survived by her son Ryan (Brittany) and grandsons Aeryn and Jonathon of Willis, TX, son Robert of Port Orchard, daughter Ashlee and son Stephen, both of Roseville. She is also survived by her mother Carolyn, along with siblings Carrie (Jim), Ginger (Mitch) and Kenneth (Katherine) all of Port Orchard, WA along with cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Lee Price and her husband of 33 years Jeffrey Porter Tierney. Debra was a very hard worker, no problem was too large for her to tackle. She was very family oriented and always made you feel at home. She enjoyed getting family and friends together for many occasions: NASCAR, football, game nights, or even just wine and snacks. Debbie enjoyed family trips to Ocean Shores, WA and Sunriver, OR as well.

In her later years she especially enjoyed Eric Church so much that she attended 13 of his concerts! She always made the time to lend a helping hand and we would like to thank all the friends and family who returned the favor over the past few months. Debbie had a fantastic social support system that helped her all along the way. She will be missed by many and was loved by all.

*Services will be held on Friday April 14th 2023 at 1pm at Price Funeral Chapel (6335 Sunrise Blvd. Citrus Heights CA 95610) Additionally, there will be a service held Saturday April 29th 2023 at 1pm at McCormick Woods Golf Course in Port Orchard WA.
