Edna Burnice Washington was born November 26, 1927 in Groesbeck, TX to her parents Benjamin Franklin, Sr. and Louise Robinson. She passed away peacefully on August 24, 2020 in Elk Grove, CA. She leaves behind her loving family which include her daughter Rachelle Hall, and two sons Cleason and Michael Bill Willis. She was a loving grandmother to her grand-children Philip, Damien, Naeemah, Larry and Denesia Robinson. She also was a beloved great grandmother and was loved by so many.
