Frances Rose Williams was born on June 5, 1926 in Los Angeles, California and passed away peacefully on November 1, 2021 in Carmichael, California. Frances is survived by three siblings; Alfred (Cheryl) Williams of Sacramento, California, George Williams of Sacramento, California, and Emma (Norman) Avila of Fallon, Nevada. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, all who loved her dearly. Frances is predeceased by her mother, Catherine (“Thelma”) Williams, born in Honolulu, Hawaii, her father, Ray Williams, born in Franklin, Ohio, as well as six of her siblings, James (“Jimmie”) Williams, born in Honolulu, Hawaii; Ray (Kay) Williams, born in Sacramento, California, Vinnorah (William) Pullen, born in Sacramento, California, Henry Williams, Born in Sacramento, California, Rubylee (Joseph) Audisio, born in Folsom, California, and William (“Bill”) Williams, born in Sacramento, California. She is also predeceased by her husband, Theodore (“Ted”) Bruns, born in North Dakota, Frances lived her life full of faith, love, and encouragement. She took care of her family in many ways for many years, and family was of the utmost importance to her. She worked at McClellan Air Force Base as a civilian employee, she received many awards related to her job, and she retired from McClellan Air Force Base as a Financial Controller in 1993 after 50 years of service.
