Gail Edwardine Kanoelani Presto was born on September 10, 1954 to Edward and Christine Fernandez. Gail passed away unexpectedly in her on home June 6, 2023 at the age of 68. She completed her associates’ degree in business administration. She was a military spouse and worked as a clerk and accountant for the Army Air Force Exchange in Germany, Presidio of San Francisco, and McClellan Airbase, for a total of 17 years. She also worked for the United States Postal Service for 2 years as a Mail Clerk and Coding Clerk, and several years as the receptionist at Citrus Heights Pet Hospital.

The Simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Gail, being a mother of two sons, Lawrence and Jason. She was emotionally crushed when Jason passed in 2011. Gail was dedicated in her faith with the Lord, she adored her family, friends and especially her 5 granddaughters, and great grandson. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Gail is survived by her husband Liberato, son Lawrence and wife Jody, granddaughters, Kali, Emily, Kalani, Jaelyn, Naomi, and great grandson Mateo. As well as her mother, Christine, sister, Denise, and two brothers, Alan and Roy.

Gail’s “Celebration of Life” will be held on July 29, 2023 at 11 am, at Advent Lutheran Church, 5901 San Juan Ave, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, with a reception immediately following.
