Cherished grandfather of Tiffany, Breanna, Savannah, Christopher, Brandon and Danny and great grandfather of Andre. Brother of Sue Winter. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, March 16, 2020, at 9:30 AM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, California).
