Gerald Franklin Montgomery

Gerald “Jerry” Montgomery passed away peacefully with his wife by his side at
Kaiser Roseville Hospital on Sunday December 29th 2024.

Jerry was a man full of love and laughter and determination. His kindness and
generosity has touched many lives and his legacy will live on forever. He never let
his disability of Cerebral Palsy stop him from pursuing his dreams. He was a Del
Campo High school graduate and he graduated with honors from Sacramento
State University with a bachelors degree in communications and public relations.
He worked for the state of California Department of Transportation for 18 years
and made a huge impact on anyone and everyone he came in contact with. He
had a great love for all things Disneyland and could tell you stories for hours about
the history of how it began, of all the many legends he was able to meet, and of
just what it all meant to him. He will be sorely missed by many people!

Jerry is survived by his wife Christa Montgomery and his older brother Thomas
Montgomery.
