Gloria Milligan Obituary

On Sunday, December 27, 2020, Gloria Creager Milligan passed away peacefully at the age of 86 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born in Henefer, Utah on May 13, 1934, Gloria was the first of 4 children born to Harry Albree Creager and Marian Roberts Creager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Paul Milligan, and her daughter, Janice Milligan Riggins. Gloria’s living children are Stephen Milligan (Kathi), Judy Doss (Michael), Jeanne Koplin (Michael), Marianne Milligan, Douglas Milligan (Deidra) and Christopher Milligan. Gloria loved her work as an elementary school secretary for the San Juan Unified School District for 20 years, the California State Capitol restoration project and McClellan Air Force Base. She will truly be missed by her children as well as her 29 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
