Howard L. Day

Howard Leon Day was born on December 9, 1927 in Los Angeles, California and passed away on April 16, 2021 in Concord, California.  Howard is the loving husband of Joanne Day; father of Cindy Funk (Stan), Alisa Godshall (Robert), Karen Gribble, Cheryl Blair (Bob); grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by his brother Stanley Day of Mesquite, Nevada.  Howard was preceeded in death by his parents, William and Melba (Reddington) Day and his siblings, John Day, Gerald Day and Dolores (Gus) Flesuras.  A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (7800 Santa Juanita Ave., Folsom, CA).  Private interment at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.  PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (916-725-2109), directors.
