Of Roseville, CA, May 25, 2026, a native of Huntsville, UT, age 81 years. Widow of Joseph Mitchell. Mother of Joseph Mitchell IV, Stacy Barrett, Kelly Avery and the late James Mitchell. Grandmother of Megan, Carla, Ryan, Michael, Steven, Jennifer, Bo, Spencer, Rebecca, Matthew, Christian, Kelsey, Carlisle, Sara and Annie Jo. Loved and admired her cooking, hard work, intelligence, and dedication. She loved being with family, friends, and Harley-Davidsons. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Interment Calvary Cemetery on June 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
