Born on March 4, 2002, at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, Jeffrey was the cherished son of Victor Russo and Yelena Neverov. He lived a life filled with joy, kindness, and love.

Jeffrey had a deep passion for music, both listening and composing. He found happiness spending time with family and friends, playing games, swimming, camping, cooking, and taking scenic drives. His quick wit and infectious laugh brightened every room, bringing smiles to those fortunate enough to know him.

With an incredibly kind and generous heart, Jeffrey was always there to comfort and support others. He was a wonderful listener, ready to hear any story or concern, and offered thoughtful advice when needed. His caring nature and warm spirit made him truly one of a kind.
