John Brenan Wever Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John B. Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Wever. He is also preceded by his wife, Micky C. Wever, of 56 years.  He is survived by his sister Kay W. Pricher, his four children: Kris, Mitch, Kevin, and Brenan, his 5 grandchildren: Jawara, Are', Sasha, Adam, and Leah, and his great grandchildren, Areon, Jasmina, Wyatt, and Chloe.  
He was born and raised in Humboldt, Tennessee and attended the University of Mississippi, Ole Miss, on a football scholarship.  He spent 4 1/2 years in the USMC where he attained the rank of captain.  
His business career was spent with 3M for 35 years and retired in 1999.  He became a consultant in 2000 and formed J.B. Wever Associates.  He worked with Barrier Systems Inc. for 15 years and fully retired in 2015 at the age of 80.  
He resided in Fair Oaks, Ca. since 1985 and was a member of St. Mel's Catholic Church.
John/Dad/Papa had a wonderful sense of humor, was a prolific storyteller, would absolutely do anything for his family, and when he made a friend, it was for life. Our love surrounds him as his love surrounds us."
