Joseph A. Kimmel of North Highlands, CA. Born in Prentiss, Miss, August 8, 1927. Departed September 2. 2023 at the age of 96. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 75 years, Dorothy. Father of Edward (and the late Sharon) Kimmel, James Kimmel, Carolyn Cormier and Linda (and the late Mark) Barnett. Proud Grandfather of 9, Great Grandfather of 19 and the Great Great Grandfather of 8. Retired from McClellan AFB after 40 years of service.
