Julianna Morgan Combs

Julianna Morgan Combs was born on May 10, 2002 as the daughter of Jeremy and Lynn Combs. She passed away unexpectedly in Oceanside, California on February 8, 2023 after an automobile accident. Julianna was raised primarily in Antelope, California where she attended Center High school. She will be remembered by her friends and family most as an outgoing, determined and kindhearted young woman who loved adventure, music and animals.

Julianna was exceptionally intelligent and mature for her age. Her career goal was to become a United States Marine, which she committed to as a senior in high school, ultimately graduating from Recruit Training in February 2021. She went through Recruit Training at MCRD San Diego, in California, Marine Combat Training at School of Infantry (SOI) in Camp Pendleton, California and Primary Military Occupational School in Meridian, Mississippi. Her first duty station was Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in California where she made the rank of Lance Corporal and served as a Maintenance Administration Clerk for the Ordnance Department attached to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 39 at Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. Julianna’s military awards and accomplishments include the National Defense Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sharpshooter Rifle Qualification and becoming a tan belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. Her brothers and sisters in arms often described her as charismatic and confident.

Julianna is survived by her mom, Lynn Combs and her older sister, Jaycie Combs as well as her only nephew, Jackson and fiancé Randy Cloud, along with many grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her dad, Jeremy Combs who we all know welcomed her to heaven with a huge hug. Her funeral, including full military honors, will be held at Price Funeral Chapel in Citrus Heights on March 6, 2023 at 10am.
