Larisa Dmitrievna Vlasyuk

Larisa was born in Kamenets Podolski, Ukraine to Dmitriy and Vera Manzyuk. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Vadim, sons Vlad and Val, mother Vera and sister Tanya as well as five grandkids. Larisa loved to have fun and was very active within her friends and family. The love, kind words and support that was received after her passing speaks volumes of her. She was very compassionate and knew what to say and how to comfort in time of need. Larisa loved traveling and exploring Europe, Central America and the Caribbean. Prague was her favorite of all places that she had the pleasure of visiting. She made the best of her life, loved adventure, good company and her family, she was so much fun. Larisa’s life was not always an easy one, growing up and raising a family in Ukraine had many challenges, unfamiliar to many people. Immigrating to America in 1994, sparked her life. She needed to ensure her family’s well being so she studied to become a Registered Nurse while still learning English, yet still received the highest marks in her class. She graduated in 2003. When Larisa was motivated, nothing would stop her from achieving her goals. This relentless motivation is a trait that gave her family a good life. We will forever be indebted and grateful to her. As a family, we will dearly miss our wife, daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, but are so glad that she is finally able to be at peace. Memorial service is being held on March 2, 2023, 5-7pm, Price Funeral Chapel, 6335 Sunrise Blvd, Citrus Heights, 95610.
