Leon Carol Boger

Born January 30th, 1936 in Grant Township, Iowa. Passed away on September 9th, 2026 in Carmichael, CA. Beloved husband of 55 years to Eleanor Boger. Greatly missed by children, Larry Boger, Lisa & Joe Sramek, Leanne Boger. 

Forever remembered by grandchildren, Doni, Joe, Lindsey, & Jon. Great-grandchildren, Sasha, Autumn, Walter, Benjamin, Parker, Daniel, Stevie, & Joe. 

Preceded in death by wife, Eleanor Boger. Mother and father, Dorothy & Carl Boger. Sister Pat Winterhof, Brother Sonny Boger. Son Lane Boger & son in-law, Phil Collins. 

He proudly served for the United States Air Force, at age 16, and was part of the 9th Bombardment Wing, recipient of the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.

He will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at Fair Oaks Cemetery at 1pm on Friday, September 18th, 2026
