Linda was born and grew up in Torrance, California and was the first of five children to Michael and Mary Donish. After H.S. She joined the Air Force and moved to Texas where she met and married Charles Lambrite, they then transferred to Hawaii and eventually settled in Sacramento, California. After an honorable discharge, she put herself through college eventually becoming a respiratory therapist working at UC Davis for nearly 20yrs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Mary Donish, and brother n law Brian Zeiner. She is survived by her three children, Lisa Marie Harvey, Charles (Ike) Lambrite & Christopher M. Lambrite, and son in law Matthew Harvey. Five grandchildren, Chris Jr, Paige, Haven, Avery, Mason & One great grandchild Joseph Lee. Three sisters, Christine, Cathy & Joanne and one brother, Michael Jr. She was known as “Grammy” to her beloved grandchildren.
Linda enjoyed traveling, and fell in love with her favorite destination of Costa Rica. From the music, sightseeing, locals she befriended and kept in touch with, to hiking through the rainforests, and exploring historical sites.
In later years, she enjoyed attending musicals and plays with her daughter, with her favorite being Phantom of the Opera and Miss Saigon. She was an avid Gardner with a green thumb. Most important to her was her Catholic Faith and was a devoted parishioner at St. Mels in Fair Oaks, Ca.
