Louie Andrew Cuneo, 81, of Fair Oaks, California, passed away on August 18, 2024. Louie was a kind and caring man, who was always ready to help his family and friends. He enjoyed sharing his life stories and was grateful for the life he lived.

He was born in Sacramento, California on January 12, 1943, to Andrew Joseph Cuneo and Hilda Anna Cuneo (Bacigalupi). He grew up in North Sacramento. After graduating from Hiram W. Johnson Senior High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve as an auto mechanic assigned to motor transport maintenance. He fulfilled his service obligation and received the Organized Marine Corps Reserve Medal. He concurrently worked for the Defense Supply Agency as a Warehouseman Forklift Driver. He completed 37 years of exemplary work for the United States Government and received multiple awards during his employment.

In addition to his employment, Louie successfully invested in residential real estate and became a landlord. He was conducting property management duties up until his death.

Louie was adventurous and had a speed boat, enjoyed waterskiing, motorcycling, and working as a pit crew member of a sprint car racing team. He had a soft side as well when it came to family and friends. After his mother passed, he carried on her legacy of making raviolis for family celebrations. He enjoyed attending family weddings and celebrations and boogied the night away on the dance floor.                 

Louie is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Carol Bradway, and is survived by his sister, Annette Patterson, several cousins, nephews, and nieces. He will be missed but the love he shared for his family will continue to live on in our memories forever.

Services will be held on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024, at Price Funeral Chapel. A viewing will be held at 9:00 AM with funeral services following at 10:00 AM.
