Of Citrus Heights, California, October 13, 2018, a native of Provo, Utah, aged 79 years. Loving husband of Diane Hoover. Cherished father of Shawna Hoover, Phil (Susan) Hoover, Kyle (Kristi) Hoover, Michelle (Michael) Gibson, Jenny (Joshua) Doberneck and Alyson Meyers. Leaves 21 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Brother of Maxine Marshall, Gary Hoover and Kathrine Hansen. Friends are invited to attend services Thursday, October 18, 2018, 10AM at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Tempo Park Ward Chapel (8056 Oak Ave., Citrus Heights, California).
