Mercedes Ortiz

Mercedes Ortiz 90, of Orangevale passed away on May 20, 2018 surrounded by family.  She was born in Topeka Kansas to the late Andres Ramirez and Cipriana Chavez-Ramirez. Her husband Antonio Ortiz precedes her in death. Survived by her loving children; Antonio (Janice) Ortiz, Patricia (Jeff) Massengale, Christopher (Margo) Ortiz, Rose (Bill) Lipka, Irene (Sergio) Balderas, Perfecto Ortiz, grandchildren; Tina, Amy, Daniel, Andrea, Scott, David, Sean, Chelsea, Carly, Sergio Jr. and Christopher and 14 great grandchildren.  Friends are welcome for visitation on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 4-8PM with a Recitation of the Rosary service at 6PM all at PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (6335 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, 916-725-2109) and are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 10AM at Divine Savior Catholic Church (9079 Greenback Lane, Orangevale).  Interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. There will be a reception immediately following the burial at the Divine Savior Catholic Church Parish Hall.
