Michael Robert Petrie

Michael Robert Petrie passed away on October 2, 2021 at his home. Mike was born April 1926 in the Bronx, New York. He served in the Navy during World War 2, followed by a long career at Montgomery Ward. Mike was married to his wife, Ann Petrie (née Foster), for more than 76 years. He is predeceased by his loving son, Mickey, and survived by his daughter, Stacy Camarillo, son-in-law, John Camarillo, and grandchildren, Audrey and Anthony. Mike enjoyed repairing anything mechanical, building remote control airplanes, and embroidery. His positive outlook on life and sense of humor will be remembered by all that knew him.  Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 11am at St. Mel Catholic Church (4745 Pennsylvania Ave., Fair Oaks, CA).  Interment at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.  PRICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (916-725-2109), directors.
