Raphael Thomas McPike Jr.

Raphael Thomas McPike Jr was born on July 31, 1941, to Adelaide Cozzens Burdick McPike and Raphael Thomas McPike Sr. He returned peacefully to his Heavenly Father in the early hours of March 6, 2023, at the age of 81. “Ray” was the oldest of 5 children, the father of 4 children, and the grandfather of 8. Ray was preceded in death by his son Paul Douglas McPike, his mother Adelaide, and his father Raphael Sr. Ray is survived by his wife Carol Dailey McPike, his children Jeremy David Durham, Crystal Lorraine Wheeler, and Andrew Daniel McPike; as well as his grandchildren Caitlyn Lorraine Serpa, Michael Alexander Serpa Jr, Ashley Rachel McPike, Lucas Grey Durham, Zoey Lorraine Durham, Kolten J Wheeler, Tyler Steven Durham, and Kyle Thomas Wheeler; in addition to his siblings: Adelaide Boyd, Edward McPike, Marie Beal, and Richard McPike. Ray loved his children and grandchildren unconditionally. His friends and family will always remember his love of playing games, the Great happiness and Peace his faith in God and the church brought him, his love of taking pictures, his love of music, singing, playing the guitar, and his love of dancing. He will be greatly missed. Ray will be laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery at 650 E 600 N Beaver, Utah 84713 following a graveside ceremony held for family and close friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 8th, 2023, at 10 AM Pacific Standard Time in the LDS Chapel at 1155 Liberty Lane Lincoln, CA 95648-9702 for family and friends.
