Rosemarie (Mom) passed away on Saturday at the age of 86 while battling Alzheimer’s disease.
This for a sad many years.
Rosemarie was surrounded with those who loved her, and is now Safely In the arms of God.
Rosemarie was born in Taft California, Mother Dorothy Carman and Father Newell Carman.
Shortly thereafter they Moved to 19 th avenue within the Sunset District, San Francisco.
California.
Rosemarie is survived by her husband of 68 years. Ward (Hubert)Edwards.
Their three Children Deborah, Bill and Janet. Her Granddaughter Jennifer Ross and great
grandson Gavin Dustin.
Rose and Ward enjoyed adventuring throughout the many years. Cruising to various spots and
to name a few the Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, the Bahamas and the Mexican Riviera.
Vehicle travel brought them to the Napa Valley, Monterey Bay and of course California’s
wonderful Lake Tahoe be it the North or South side. Disneyland was even frequent in visits.
Boating in the Glasspar be it Lake Tahoe, Clearlake or Lake Berryessa water skiing tubing always
an adventure Beach Picnics and sun surely affected us all.
Wards family resides in Virginia so travel to the east coast was frequent. Virginia, Maryland and
Pennsylvania.
Mom traveled to western Europe with her mother Dorothy Carman to visit with her late great
grandmothers’ wonderful family In Ireland.
While there they traveled throughout England and Scotland.
Mom worked for many years selling Avon Products with her so many clients, these all became
long lasting friends. It was always more than a sell; it was a connection to pass stories life
Presents or possibly a drama, it was the lend of an ear that provided the laughter and yet maybe
some tears.
Mom shared an infectious smile; seriousness was never her favor. Rosemarie will be missed yet
she will remain steadfast in our memories.
Rosemarie will be laid to rest with ceremony attendance by the Carman’s, Brumbaugh Edwards
and Friends to the family.
Rosemarie will be laid to rest in Newcastle Rocklin, Gold Hill Cemetery over looking the beautiful
valley with tall Junipers and lush green hillsides
