Sharon Browne Obituary

Sharon Browne of Fair Oaks California left to  meet her maker on Tuesday, July 16, 2018.  She was a wonderful mother, wife and follower of Christ.  Sharon was born to Donald and Katherine Dickison on August 5, 1938 in Garrett, Indiana.  She graduated from Garrett High school in 1956 and earned a nursing degree while in South Carolina.  She married her first husband, Louise Easterday in 1957.  Louise was a pilot for the United States Army.  Together they had two children, Mark and Sheri.  Louise was killed while on a training mission in 1966.  Sharon remarried to the reverend Robert Browne who was an Air Force Chaplain.  Sharon and Robert had one child, a daughter named Erin.  Sharon and Robert made their way through several posts until finally settling in Fair Oaks.  Sharon worked much of her career as a post-partum nurse at Sutter Memorial.

Sharon is survived by two children, Sheri Foran of Tennessee and Mark Easterday.  She is also survived by three sisters and one brother, Shirley Phillips, Sandy Handrich, Sunny Cook and Donald Dickison.  She also leaves behind six grand children.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and her daughter Erin Eccel.
